We try to provide you with the best products and service we can, but occasionally things do wrong. If you have any complaints about our service or products we want to put it right, so let us know.
We aim to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible and you would expect a response from us within 5 working days of you raising a complaint. After that we will keep you informed of the progress of any enquiries we have to make, for example with our suppliers or carriers, and let you know how long we think it may take to resolve the problem.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit, and debit cards.
You may send your credit or debit card information via phone, mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Delivery times vary, but you should allow at least 28 days. Sometimes during busier periods this time may be extended. We normally deliver by our own transport and group together orders for certain areas; this allows us to keep the delivery charges to a minimum. Delivery for each livestock house is charged separately and is shown on your invoice prior to ordering. Delivery charges shown are for England, Wales and Lowland Scotland. Scottish Highlands (Post Codes PA,FK,PH,DD,IV,KW) are subject to a 50% shipping surcharge. Isle of Wight deliveries are subject to a £15 surcharge. Outside of these areas a supplement charge may be applicable.

Should we be unable to deliver your order within our published times we will contact you to advise you of this. If the revised time scale is unacceptable to you, you will of course receive a full refund if we have already processed your order.
If your item is not in stock, we will schedule the build for you. You will be notified of the manufacturing period, and the option to cancel your order should you rather not wait.
All our prices include UK VAT where applicable.
When you place your order you will be given a complete provisional cost of your order including shipping charges BEFORE you confirm your order.
For delivery of orders outside of the EU, VAT may not be applicable, please ask for details.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Littleacre do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
