Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive, and consumer contracts regulations

If you receive products from us which are damaged or faulty, please contact us by telephone or email.

Refund Policy

We will refund in full, including any delivery charges, any goods returned within 28 days of receipt in respect of faulty, defective materials or manufacture.

No refunds can be given in respect of damage as a result of wear and tear or misuse.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Should you decide that you no longer want the goods, please notify us within 14 days of purchase, and return the items in there original condition and packaging (where appropriate) within 14 days and we will refund you the cost of the products and the original delivery charge.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products.

Refunds will be given after items are received, inspected and deemed in original undamaged condition.
